About us
We recognise that lots of people have no choice but to rent and that everyone should live in a clean and pleasant home. Both landlords and tenants have responsibilities to make this happen. All our houses are maintained and furnished to a good standard. With on-demand boilers for heating and hot water and an on-going programme of refurbishment as rooms become empty, we’re gradually improving each house. One of our standards is that we wouldn’t rent a room that we wouldn’t live in ourselves. Being properly signed up to Rent Smart Wales, the Tenancy Deposit Service and the National Residential Landlords Association gives huge benefit to tenants because we are compliant with all the legal requirements of government.

If you’d like to rent a room from us please contact us and we’ll add you to the waiting list. When a room becomes available we will contact you immediately. This means you can give notice at your current rented property and move in promptly when the new room becomes available. This is particularly relevant for the studio rooms we have which are popular because they’re excellent value and in a very good location.
